Tenerife, the volcanic jewel of the Canary Islands, became the perfect setting for an expedition that exceeded all expectations. This trip was not only an adventure in the mountains, but a transformative experience full of new friendships and a deep connection with nature and with myself.

From the moment I set foot on this island, I was enveloped by its energy. Every corner seemed to tell a story: the dramatic cliffs that fall towards the Atlantic, the winding paths that disappear among laurel forests, and, of course, the imposing presence of Mount Teide, the highest peak in Spain.

Mountain Exploration

The days were filled with walks that challenged both body and mind. From the freshness of Anaga Rural Park to the surreal views of Las Cañadas del Teide, every step offered a new discovery. The contrast between the green valleys and lunar landscapes was a constant reminder of the diversity of this magical place.

The summit of Teide was, without a doubt, the highlight. Reaching it at dawn, when the sky turns golden and the world seems to stop, was a moment that will remain etched in my memory forever. There, I felt an indescribable connection with the earth beneath my feet and with everything around me.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this expedition was the opportunity to share it with people from different places and perspectives. Every conversation around a campfire or during a break on the trail brought with it laughter, reflection, and a sense of community that is not always easy to find.
